Who we are

We do not fingerprint devices, build advertising profiles or sell personal data. A click on a WhatsApp button only tells us the button was clicked; we cannot see whether you sent a message unless you actually send one to us.

Subscribing requires ticking a consent box and confirming through a link sent to your email (double opt-in). Every newsletter contains an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribe tokens are stored only in hashed form. After you unsubscribe we keep a minimal record of the address and unsubscribe date so we don't contact you again, unless you ask us to erase it.

Third parties

WhatsApp is provided by Meta. When you click a WhatsApp button you leave our site and WhatsApp's own privacy policy applies. If we use an email delivery provider, it processes your address only to send our emails on our behalf. Optional Google Analytics 4 would run only if enabled and only after your consent; it is not enabled by default.

Retention

Unconfirmed sign-ups are deleted after 30 days. Analytics events are kept for up to 24 months, then deleted or aggregated. Emails to us are kept only as long as needed to handle your request.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your data, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier processing. You can also complain to your local data protection authority. Email [email protected] to make a request. You can change your cookie choices on the cookies page.
